We want you to love NutriPour. If you’re not satisfied for any reason, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery for a refund—no hassle.

All of our products are also covered under our 1-Year warranty in case you run into any issues.

What’s Eligible

  • Items may be opened and lightly used for testing.

  • Please return all included parts/accessories. Missing parts/accessories may subject your return to additional fees. Original packaging is appreciated but not required.

  • Proof of purchase can be your order number or order confirmation email.

How to Start a Return
Email support@mynutripour.com with your order number. If eligible, we’ll send a prepaid return label and simple instructions. (Please contact us before sending anything back so we can track it.)

  • Return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund, unless the item was received in a defective or damaged condition.
  • If original components are missing from the package, this will be reflected in the refund total

Damages or Wrong Item
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact support@mynutripour.com right away and we’ll replace it or refund you in full.

Exchanges
Want a replacement? Start a return as above. Once approved, you can place a new order for the item you want.

Items Not Eligible

  • Gift cards are non-returnable.

  • For safety reasons, we also can’t accept returns of hazardous materials.

  • Sale items are eligible for the same 30-day money-back guarantee unless specifically marked Final Sale on the product page.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items should be in similar condition and include any included parts/accessories, along with proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive your return, we’ll process it within 5–10 business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank/issuer may take additional time to post the credit. If it’s been more than 15 business days since approval, please email support@mynutripour.com
